Allyson Ward Neal has 20 plus years of experience and is skilled in developing strategic communication plans that integrate video, the web, print and face-to-face engagement to align with corporate goals and objectives. Her areas of expertise include developing communications for global employee audiences using websites, email announcements, face-to-face presentations and video in multiple languages.

She is also skilled in leading enterprise strategies for the creation of websites for Smartphones, tablets, laptops and large plasma screens with touch-enabled capabilities. At Chevron, Allyson is Web Supervisor of four employees and ten contractors who are responsible for creating, redesigning and maintaining hundreds of corporate websites worldwide.

She is a public speaker and member of the International Association of Business Communicators. In 2009 and in 2011, she was a conference speaker for IABC's Southern Region Conferences. In June of 2013, she was a featured speaker at the International Association of Business Communicators World Conference in New York. And, in October, she will speak at two regional IABC Conferences in Omaha, Nebraska and Houston, Texas. Her session topics have focused on the ever-changing world of technology and how communicators must adapt.
