Responsible for connecting the brand with online communities, through the development and execution of a robust social media strategy, listening/command center, governance and training across all levels of the organization.

Works closely with senior executives, national board, other business units and affiliates to evangelize new concepts; plan, execute and optimize successful social media and marketing campaigns; and prove the value of social media.

Serves as lead for all master brand AHA social media presences, including Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and Pinterest. Social media point for crises.
