Michelle Lutz currently works as a Change Leader at Genentech, a biotech company that is a member of the Roche group. In this highly regulated environment, she has worked on many large-scale, global deployments that include gMail, Sales Force, new corporate credit cards, and Touchpoint. She strives in these efforts to bring a human touch that makes a corporate decision have meaning for employees and project teams.

As a member of the Association of Change Professionals, Michelle has participated in the review of the new certification standards for Change Professionals. She is certified in PROSCI and Change First methodologies. She lives, loves and works in the San Francisco Bay Area.
